Orca Communications (OrcaCom) Limited is a privately held business communications company established in 2008 after identifying a gap in the telecommunications market due to deregulation and the maturing of VoIP technology. Unlike most traditional companies involved in telecommunications, OrcaCom provides end-to-end IP communications solutions that include customer onsite infrastructure, tuned and refined to deliver the quality and reliability demanded by VoIP communications solutions. 1. VoIP Call Termination Services
A fully managed national and international VoIP SIP delivery network capable of delivering VoIP phone calls to any corner of the earth with the best possible call quality. OrcaCom operates its own SIP servers in NZ, Australia, USA, and the UK.
2. IP Connection & WAN Services
Used to deliver VoIP phone lines, managed WAN and general internet and inter-office access, these connections are fully customised and tailored to suit our customers specific business requirements using end to end QoS and VLAN policies that extend across the whole business network. This level of customisation is critical if a VoIP quality service is to be assured.
3. Hosted & Onsite IP-PBX Phone system management options
OrcaCom supports a large variety of SIP capable PBX systems typically deployed onsite via SIP trunking. We also offer PBX hosting options, deployed within our fully redundant data centres; your IP-PBX system could not be installed within a better environment. With data centres in New Zealand, USA and the UK your PBX system benefits from backup hardware, power, and internet resources to ensure system stability and perfect call quality at all times.
4. Up to 99.99% Service Level Agreement
Because OrcaCom provides and supports all of the above services we are in the unique position to assure IP network and VoIP service quality. This is something most other VoIP providers will not offer.
